thats good because it makes you choose that one thing and focus in on it and just keep solidifying it as a habit.

That is actually quite beautiful. I like the simplicity of it. At least for creating a nice, simple mindset to reverse things, it is very nice.
1st play make believe in your mind and try to feel as though you have the thing u want.
This might take a few minutes or so, but keep focusing on the thing and then all throughout the

focus on what you WANT (not what you dont want)
and keep working on keeping the vision alive with Faith.

The Quick path to Transformation and Enlightenment
The quicker we can just be simple and childlike about Spiritual Growth the quicker we will find ourselves joyous and transformed. If you can remain childlike with your connection to the Divine Universal Principles, you could be in a vastly different place in no time, even in minutes your life could just shift.

Change and making it stick
Sometimes we do affirmations, visualize and listen to inspirational CD's and lift out spirits a bit. We feel like good things are happening. Then we have a challenge and we slip and we tailspin into a horrible mood. Our negativity resurfaces and we feel like all this stuff doesn't work and it's all hopeless. Sound familiar?

Living in Faith and Beyond
A very common question here on PI is, how do I stay positive? Or, how do I have faith? I will answer this in the most thorough way I know how. I will go beyond just cute catch phrases beyond like "just Trust".
