The Power Of Meditation
The power of meditation is remarkable as I've experienced greater calmness compared to when I left meditation out of my personal development objectives. I tend to do meditation first thing in the morning at around 0500hrs for at least half an hour. When I first started meditation I found it hard to focus my mind and my ego was having a great time. POWERFUL INTENTIONS LONDON MEMBERS MEETUP DETAILS:
We met up on October 31st and had a wonderful uplifting time – it was great! Thank you to those of you that came along!
So…let’s do this again! Also, I know several people couldn’t make it to the one just gone but really want to come to the next one
POWERFUL INTENTIONS LONDON LATE NOVEMBER MEETUP:
What: There will be a get-together of powerful intentions members in London.
When: From 2pm – 6pm (you don’t have to stay the whole time!) on Saturday the 28th of November
Where: The meeting will be at the entrance to the National Theatre in Southbank. National Theatre South Bank, London SE1 9PX The National Theatre is on the South Bank, just minutes from Covent Garden and the West End and Waterloo.You can get directions here:http://www.nationaltheatre.org.uk/5328/how-to-get-here/travel-to-th... Where is the entrance? There are many entrances, but the main and most useful one is by the Bookshop on the ground floor, adjacent to the riverside. Let’s meet there.
