It's not just a time thing tho, I mean we see the number on websites or in books or on the streets...fixed as in written down.

I think that just means that you have unconsciously programmed yourself to look at the clock at that time. You give a lot of attention to these numbers, so that’s why you see them every day.
You can try to program yourself to be awake at some time…

I think it's great that you can manifest something within 1 week / 1 month! I've been trying to manifest 2 trips but just can't seem to make it happen. It's frustrating but I learned to let go. Maybe it will happen oneday when the time is right.
Do you just write about what you want and feel like you already have it in your journals?
As for your current manefestations, you did not write them down at all but knew all was going to be ok. Hmm, so I just have to have faith.
