Every year like clock work there is a world wide cases of the flu,We call it the flu season,How does this happen and how can we protect ourselves?
Bacterias are living organisms that usually are spread through the mucous membranes through sneezes,handshaking etc.

I am THANKFUL that I no longer embrace some of my earlier childhood beliefs such as:
