Just to let you know that there is a CD out called "Positive Attraction", with all the affirmations of the Law of Attraction put into song. You can now sing to your believes whenever, wherever. Music is such a powerful medium and this songs are sure to keep you in a positive and feel good state. Check out the website on www.positive-attraction.com. The best thing is that children can listen to these positive songs and learn to be positive!! Think of the advantage they will have.

I didn't change my diet, but I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, I am one of those people who acctually get at least 5-7 servings a day, so I would say if your not eating lots of fruits and veggie start. I only eat red meat 1-2 times a week , and I choose whole grain breads and cereals. However I do indulge in icecream and chocolate several times a week.

I would be happy to tell you what I did to get rid of my acne, first, Picture yourself as having smooth skin, feel happy about it and believe the universe will give you the beauitful skin you want.
I hated the way my face looked. I alway look for natural remedies and here are some that really helped my face.
Mash a 1/2 of a ripe banana spread over face, leave on for 10-15 minutes, banana's have natrual skin repairing compounds. Use this time to thank the Universe for your soft, clear beautiful skin. Do this a couple times a week.
Zinc can prevent acne while speeding up the healing process so you might consider taking a Zinc supplement. I take 50 mg twice a day.
