To be present and to be conscious, to learn to be aware and to have a purpose. Transmit this peace, this joy, this understanding that we are all beings. We are not our words or our thoughts, we are more than that.

- Who am I? I recently learned that I am a pressence. I am not my race, my age, my gender, my profession, my marital status, my car, my house nor my income, that is just the physical representation of my being. I am asking the universe to help me out to answer that question. To give me the awareness to find who I am, to send me the paths to get where I have to be. Just ask for direction to where life needs me. Where the universe leads me.

Found resistance yesterday
Monday, why not? Lot of us are either tired, frustrated, excited from the weekend or just hopeless.
I don't interact with a lot of people during my days. But for some reason two people crossed my path that showed a lot of resistance and their frustration was big. Frustration about other people, about work, about the current situation. Things are doing well.
Had a lot of things to do lately, still do. However, for some wonderful reason I don't feel that overwhelming stress anymore. I feel peaceful and relaxed.
I gave a copy of the ANE to my mother in law, to a friend and to my husband this weekend. I am getting excited to share the book with them.
Last night my mother was reading it, I saw it over the dinning table. My husband made a comment about one of the parts of the book in our lunch phone conversation.
