Love, Feeling Stuck, The LOA and EFT
Love has not been working for me the way it is described in any of the self help books I have owned. I have done the affirmations from Louise Hays books for years, with small results, especially the one of looking in the mirror and saying I love and approve of myself... I just saw your post about EFT and your thoughts about why we all can have such a difficult time with our perceptions of Who We Really Are... I KNOW what you are going through as I also went through this and was filled with SO MANY of the same kind of questions. It took a wee bit of time, but with the help of like-minded friends, meditation, PATHS and a gazillion books on spirituality, I finally understood that all these issues or problems that come into our lives are caused by our limited subconscious beliefs and it is up to us to address them and replace them with the beliefs or the intrinsic "knowing" of what is really "true". I am sure you know that the art of forgiveness (forgiving ourselves and others) causes a huge transformation as does consistantly being grateful and loving. It is just a matter of consistantly being "conscious" and not letting the ego fool us into thinking we are anything other than perfect beings...
You will find that you will be drawn to specific "tools" such as EFT, Theta Healing, Chinese Energetic Medicine, PATHS, Matrix Energetics etc., and some of these healing modalities will do little for you, or only "stick" for a few days and others may astound you in their effectiveness. You just need to listen to your inner voice and find what is perfect for YOU! I personally had no luck at all with EFT, but listening to binaural beat soundtracts and experiencing PATHS changed my life and thinking rapidly and for that I am deeply grateful. Listen to your heart and the answers for you will come. In the meantime, please know that I am sending you light-filled and loving thoughts...

Anyway--I am a BIG believer in that too!
Seems to me that those who truly understand, and give their lives to horses, carry the same feelings. My childhood was very different - I had supportive parnets who helped me as much as their non horsiness allowed - but in spite of this I still feel that I have let them down by persisting with my silly and childish idea that I can make a sensible living out of horses and even now at 50, after having raised three kids as a single mum on an income derived soley from horses, I eel that I shaould have done things differently and not been so 'uncommercial'.
I am searching for the tree that needs so desparately to come down to allow me to flourish and live my dreams before it is too late and I am too old. I undertand your path completely and I thank you for you have unknowingly helped me hugely in understanding where my big tree is. Thank you so much.

I know everyone is overwhelmed with Gee another group! However I think this will be fun and informative. This) is a very powerful and easy to use modality. As we are all Energy, everything is Energy and EFT deals directly with Energy Meridians, My success rate is off the charts in this weird but wonderful modality.
I feel an urgency as we are approaching 2012 and the importance to clear out our blockages (pain, diseases) so we have peace more fully anchored in our bodies, so we can more effectively project it out word. I work a little out of the box using Meditation, Angels, Intuition, EFT and Intention to give this added power.
