One time, i lost weight without doing anything for it. Even better: It was the moment i stopped caring about my weight that i started losing it (about 10kg, so it was a big change!)
At the moment, however, i'm still not completely satisfied with the way i look..I really want to have a flat stomach. So, i approach it as i approach most subjects: i do visualisations and notice the slightest changes, that go in the direction of what i want. But not much seems to change. And more importantly, i feel worse as soon as i get out of the visualisations, because i become so aware of my stomach.
So, i would really like some advice on how to feel better about this, and on how to keep the good feeling up. Any advice would be appreciated greatly! Thanks!
