I am looking for tips and helps on using gratitude journal. I will write the list I am grateful for etc.
I have dreams/visions--my dream is to live in hot places, (can be Hawaii, Florida or Bali or Australia etc etc)--and work remotely, half at office and half at home and to reside by the beach. It sound like a dream place! Be successful and wealthy, meet soulmate and make friends.
How do I apply that in the gratitude journal? I will start soon.
Do I have to "feel good" when writing/typing? I am dealing with PTSD/anxiety etc so I can't get to "feel good" at the moment, but I plan to work on myself first as to recover from mental illness first. It is hard with pandemic. I plan to focus on gratitude for this and then I can include my dream places :)

3) New friends, homes etc

To write gratitude journal first you need to remove blockages in your path . In clear white paper write up what you dont want and tear them or hide away somewhere .Now take another paper and write up what do you want .
This worked for me all time ...
1. Thank you Universe /God for giving me a wonderful life and opportunity to thank all the good things happend to me
2. Thank you universe/god " your intented intentions " ... for example ...Thank you universe /god for giving me such a wonderful job which keeps me happy ,closer to home which reduces my commuting time and have the financial freedom .
Well I would start off by ;looking at why you want to live there? WHat is it specifically about hot places that you desire so much?
How to use your gratitude journal, well firstly you have to look at if you really believe its possible for you to create this? As if you dont think it is or believe it to be so, then you will always hamper your results from showing up. tHEN i WOULD START TO LOOK AT WHAT STEPS YOU CAN START TAKING NOW TO BRING THAT INTO ACTION. i.E. WORK OUT A PLAN OF ACTION OR STEPS YOU CAN TAKE. sO FOR EXAMPLE IF ITS hAIWAI, WHAT VACCINATIONS DO YOU NEED? tHEN START BOOKIGN THEM (AND CELEBRATING THEM TOO!). tHEN LOOK AT WHAT YOU WILL DO TO BRING MONEY TO YOU, WORK WISE AND FRIENDS TOO. tHESE CAN BE GREAT FUN AND WAY SOF GETTING YOUR CREATIVITY AND IMAGINATION GOING AND FEEL NICE TO DO TOO!!!
